Sweet Baby James

Indie nail polish company Whimsical by Pam has created a color called Sweet Baby James. With a milky, gel, blue base and pink, blue, and white square glitter and small white round glitter it is a 'sweet' color combination! It goes on a bit gloppy, as the glitter sticks together, so is difficult to smooth out. But it's just so darn cute who cares?

This is two coats. It's a bit sheer so three would do the trick.

Check out that cute little bow!

Can you imagine putting those bows on every bottle?

Sinful Colors I Miss You

This is a pretty, sheer pink-ish purple with lots of glitter! This is two coats.

This is one I got for Christmas (thanks Dawn!) and I really like this shade. It's called I Miss You.

Look at that multi-colored glitter!

Very similar to Frenzy by Sinful Colors. Check it out.

Bone Daddy by Crow's Toes

I have a wonderful friend who finds all things cool in the nail polish realm. (She lets me borrow them and then I just have to blog about them so you guys can see too.) This is just one of the cool ones. Doubt me? Well doubt no further because there's a crow on the label!

Yes, I know, super cool. And the polish inside? Even cooler! It's called Bone Daddy by CrowsToes. It has a sheer grey base with white hexagons in three sizes, and white bar glitter in two sizes. Also, there's a blue glittery shimmer when the light hits it. See the blue in my first nail? Check it out.

Sure, I know most people may not find crows appealing. They may even think they're a bit creepy. But I think they are pretty darn cool! Just like this polish!

China Glaze It's A Trap-Eze

China Glaze has this fun Limited Edition Collection called Cirque Du Soleil World's Away inspired by the movie out December 21st 2012.  The polishes have cool circus inspired names like Def Defying, Bend Over Backward, and Hanging in the Balance. Today I only have one and it seems to be very popular! At least in my area. It's the one called It's A Trap-Eze. A lovely friend of mine picked this up for me after calling three of our supply stores and finding them to be sold out! When she finally found some she bought extra! Am I ever so glad she did because I love this one! Here is two coats.

I love that this color has a milky base. You can get great coverage to wear it alone with just two easy coats!

It's great over other colors as well. One coat over black.

Over this light blue by Pure Ice in Splash. One coat.

Six of these shades are considered the "performers" the cremes, the other six the "costumes and props" are the shimmers and glitters. I'm so happy to have It's a Trap-Eze as it was the one I wanted the most. But there's a couple others I'm going to try to get my hands on, (the bright pink called Escaping Reality will be great for summer, and a bright, deep purple called Hanging in the Balance) and when I do I will be sure to let all of you have a look! Super Freak By Icing

This is the color I ended up wearing on New Year's Eve. It has so much amazing confetti glitter, it was the perfect one for the occasion and my mood. Even though I didn't do anything exciting, I just had to have party nails!
This little party in a jar is called Super Freak by Icing. This photo was taken inside.

It has multi-colored mini bar glitter, mini turquiose polygons, and big fuchsia polygons.

This bottle is so saturated with glitter it was not difficult to get a good amount with just one coat. Yay! See you next time and may your 2013 be amazing!! Taniya
