NYC Big City Dazzle

New York Color's Big City Dazzle has loads of great colors all mixed together. Mostly purple but also red, pink, and blue. Maybe more. But it goes on very thin and weak so would require many coats to be used alone. This is one coat. I painted it on my little niece real quick to show you guys.

It's hard to see isn't it? So I recommend this one to be used over another color like Revlon's Grape Icy for example! This is two coats.
